Terrible Customer Service!! I used their "make my deal" feature on the website. Never heard anything back. Spoke with Jeff, who was very friendly and had Greg call me back. All Greg was concerned about was having me come in (I live over an hour away). I told him I never received an offer and I would like to see the interior pictures of the car before I take the drive. He promised he would get them for me. Therefore, I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at Noon. Never received a call or pictures. Immediately I got an offer from Mario Gregorio via "make my deal." I then counter-offered, which is a feature of the program; I never heard back. I never drove up there because I wasn't comfortable with the service so far. Then, I get a call from Greg on Saturday at Noon and he says he can't find the car...literally. Thank goodness I never drove up there. In the meantime, I've called, chatted, emailed, left messages, etc. I really wanted this car... More

Unprofessional Buyer beware is the first thing that comes to mind when dealing with this dealership! I contacted them on Saturday, August 20th, and spoke to Sam (Sm Buyer beware is the first thing that comes to mind when dealing with this dealership! I contacted them on Saturday, August 20th, and spoke to Sam (Smiley) to inquire if a particular vehicle I had seen advertised was still available, before I drove 45 minutes to see it and was told it was. Also, there was only one photograph shown on the advertisement and on the Harbor Nissan website, so I asked Sam to send me additional photos, which he said he would do right away. As the day went on I never received the photos as promised and I got busy with other things. So, on Sunday morning August 21st, I reached out via text and again was told the truck was available. Again, I asked for pictures to be emailed and again nothing. So, as a last resort I called the dealership and spoke to a sales manager, who assured me that the truck was still available and that Sam would get right on it and email me additional pictures, which was roughly 12:30 and at 3:00 I received a text from Sam telling me that the truck is now in the shop and not available until Monday or Tuesday. So yet another disappointment from this dealership! It is clear that all they want to do is play games and try to lure you to the dealership rather than having been truthful from the beginning. If this is how they handle a phone and internet inquiry, I can only just imagine what the in person experience must be like. Evidently this dealership is still stuck in the past as far as customer service and bad sales tactics go. I would encourage anyone considering this dealership to look elsewhere as I have done. More
