He was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. He was very patient - even as I looked at several different options. Tim helped me find exactly what I was looking for without ever feeling pressured into a certain model, trim level, etc. He was even gracious enough to stay with me throughout the entire process, which showed me that he cared about taking care of me. Kermit was also a pleasure to work with. He was very transparent and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I have no doubt that I saved thousands of dollars because of Kermit and Zeke's diligence to make sure all of my needs were met. As a business owner, it's very easy for me to know when businesses care about people or the money they'll make off those people. It's quite evident that at Harbor Nissan they care about meeting your needs and serving you. I was treated with respect and knew that they cared about my needs above their own. This is a rare find, but one that I applaud. This team is truly world class. More
