Caught Red Handed! I went in for my free oil change. The service advisor asked me if I wanted my tires rotated. I asked him to look at them and see if they needed it. I went in for my free oil change. The service advisor asked me if I wanted my tires rotated. I asked him to look at them and see if they needed it. He didnt want to be bothered and stated "I will just write it up without that". He took my decision away from me and made it for me, even though I was most likely going to pay for that added service! I then watched them change my oil and saw the tech twist the old filter off, dump it and re twist the SAME FILTER back on!! Upon questioning this and asking where the empty box was, I was told the tech said he did it, then he did it. Upon leaving, the same service advisor told the manager that I refused the tire rotation!!! How disappointing and way to ruin credibility!!! I am now going to a different dealer to have my oil changed and paid that dealer to rotate my tires. Such a disappointment the way I was treated at Harbor Nissan but they didnt waste time in taking my money for a new car and made empty promises!!! More

Dissapointing oil change II made an appointment for bring in my auto for the free oil change, paying a little more due to requesting synthetic. I have made this many times o II made an appointment for bring in my auto for the free oil change, paying a little more due to requesting synthetic. I have made this many times of which it took a reasonable time. I made the appointment for 8:15 am. I was told that it would take about an hour. One hour later, my care was first brought into the shop. My car was ready by 10:30 am. This is the longest oil change that I have ever had. During this time, I was not updated by any service manager on the delay. I spoke to the service manager and she said that this was due to the computerized scheduling program overscheduling the customers for service. I told her that I was extremely upset that they were continuing to use this program and should, instead, use the old fashioned, but more reliable, listing the appointments on paper after it was called in. If the program doesn't work, GET RID OF IT. Next time I will make sure that I am not getting major service as this would probably take all day and that appointments are useless. Would I recommend this service cente? Barely yes, but only for oil changes of which if this program is used again, greatly delaying me, I will not return and recommend such to others. HAVE A CALL IN NUMBER AND LIST ON PAPER ... PLEASE. Thank you. More

A bit disappointed I had my truck serviced on 7/15/16 for an oil change. Although I was pleased with being able to get my car serviced without an appointment, I was not I had my truck serviced on 7/15/16 for an oil change. Although I was pleased with being able to get my car serviced without an appointment, I was not pleased to pay $52 after being told it would cost $20. I was told by Scott, who also left a message stating I needed an engine filter and it would cost $20 to have it done. Reasonable I thought so I agreed. When I asked the clerk why it was more, she was not able to tell me, but apologized that the technician was not more specific on the phone. My time was limited so I did not ask to speak with the technician or manager. However, I would like this looked into further. It isn't right to be told something prior to the work being done and for it to change at pick up. More
