Awful managers and finance personnel my actual deal with the car salesman went well however everything went downhill once I went to finance. The finance person was extremely pushy and badgered me for 15 to 20 minutes until I finally caved and agreed to sign the excessive wear and tear contract on my lease. Once I got home and reviewed the paperwork further I realized he had misrepresented the excessive wear and tear and insult me entire bundle of things which were not necessary. I presented back to the dealership the next morning despite the paperwork stating that I had 60 days to cancel he again argue with me and told me "you never get your money back from Nissan" I think up a manager involved who assured me they would read write my lease and I would have nothing to worry about. Come Monday morning I called he essentially a no recollection of our conversation and acted as though I was a bother. He then proceeded to say he could not call me back and let me know about whether or not the least could be voided because he didn't know my name. How are you supposed to be checking on something for a customer when you don't even know their name? Then when I insisted that the paperwork that I have 60 days to return he said that I can come down and sign the paperwork. Once I came back to the dealership and they were actually rude nasty instead of being at least somewhat apologetic or trying to smooth over the situation. I felt as though I am been lied to you by several people and would absolutely never recommend this dealership and in fact I would never own another Nissan after this experience. In addition I had revived a text message stating it was no problem they would rewrite my lease and come Monday morning that was a lie. People should Stand by there word and not just tell you what they want to tell you to get you to sign on the dotted line. More

Treated very nice and in and out I came in this past Saturday expected to take an hour or so and was finished in half hour. loved that and Service Manager very nice. Maintenance/Customer Service I brought my car in for a oil change and rotation of my tires. My appointment was for 7:15 am. I arrived at 7:00 am and Scott Zimmerman waited on me right away. When my car was being checked over, they found that I needed some other maintenance. Scott explained everything to me in great detail and about how much this would cost. I agreed to have all the maintenance completed. I then needed a ride and I had to be at my destination by 8:30 am. The gentleman that would of brought over was over 45 minutes away. Scott then requested another co-worker to take me to my destination and it happened. Scott called me when I could pick up my car and sent a driver over to pick me up. I feel that Scott gave my excellent customer service. His service goes above and beyond. More
