Confused and overwhelmed We have never had a problem with service until our last visit on July 8th. Two weeks before I had scheduled to have the passenger airbag recall fixed We have never had a problem with service until our last visit on July 8th. Two weeks before I had scheduled to have the passenger airbag recall fixed, an oil change, and a tire rotation, When I got there they said they could not fix the recall. That is the reason I had to wait two weeks in the first place. Another employee said they would go ahead and fix it. I also asked for the free car wash. All was written on the service paperwork. When I went to pick up the car after receiving a call it was all completed, the car had not been washed. I didn't want to wait for 40 min. so I stopped at a car wash on the way home. Service area seemed confused and overwhelmed on this visit. I am not sure who was at the counter. I checked Matt as I don't have the paperwork with me. More
