Had an appointment with Chad Sorrentino and he exceeded our expectations. Got me into a new Nissan Sentra for just at what we could afford to spend. I wish I could remember the mangers name that came over and assisted, he was also nice and very accommodating. Would recommend to others! More

Awesome Attention Walking into Harbor Nissan to 'look' at used cars initially seemed just like any other place. I soon found out that wasn't true. Sam and Joe worked ti Walking into Harbor Nissan to 'look' at used cars initially seemed just like any other place. I soon found out that wasn't true. Sam and Joe worked tirelessly to get me into a vehicle that suited my needs 'and' my concerns. My credit is not all that great but they were able to get me financed with minimal down and a decent monthly payment. Not only that but I voiced my concern about a warranty or what they might be able to help me with in the short term since it was a 2011 with low miles and factory warranty had just expired March of this year. Joe was able to get me a 3 year 36000 mile bumper to bumper coverage and monthly payment did not increase!!! How many dealers will do that for you? Everyone there was just amazing and friendly. I will definitely do business with them again. I drove from Fort Myers to get to them so it would be worth it for you to find a way to stop in and talk to them. A Great Experience I was fortunate that there was a used vehicle on the lot that fit my parameters; mileage under 20,000, CPO, and in my price range. Sam was very accommodating and made the experience an easy and seamless process. I had my niece with me and I appreciated that Sam shared the free oil change program with her and made her feel at ease. Dean in finance was exceptionally helpful and addressed all my questions pragmatically with my needs at the forefront. I also appreciated having Bridgette in the showroom to discuss my insurance options. This was a new experience for me and she was very friendly, sharing valuable insurance information of which I was not aware. I will be purchasing a used vehicle for my son in the next two months and will be talking will be revisiting this Nissan location. More
