His manner is non-intimidating; he listens willingly to understand the customer's wants and is eager to please. He gave us excellent service when Tyler, the salesman we had met the previous day was occupied as we arrived without an appointment. Tyler dutifully called us later in the evening after we had made our purchase to make sure all had gone well. Finally, Sonya was the icing on the cake.
