had an appointment for a recall product. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have a fuel pump changed due to a recall. When I arrived to have the work done I was told that the part wasn't i I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have a fuel pump changed due to a recall. When I arrived to have the work done I was told that the part wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered and a new appointment made. I don't understand why my appointment was made if the part wasn't in stock. Now I have to go to the dealer for another appointment when they get the part. More
Service - Oil Change and small repair I had an appointment for service for an oil change - advisors were very friendly and service was performed in a timely manner. I do have an issue that I had an appointment for service for an oil change - advisors were very friendly and service was performed in a timely manner. I do have an issue that I would like to address. I asked the advisor to please look at my front left tire/brake. There was a noise of metal hitting metal every time I hit the brake. He came out and told me this long winded story of how the tech said I needed new front brakes that they it was the rotors making the noise because I basically had no front breaks. Now I know it is their job to sell and being a female, this seems to happen often. I just had new brakes and new tires put on about 6 weeks prior to my appointment. I'm very disappointed in the honesty and integrity of the sales/tech team. I kindly stated that I just had brakes put on and he came back about 10 minutes later and stated it was another issue and to not worry about it because they would take care of it. Well not only did they not take care of it, but I was lied to. I would not recommend Harbor Nissan Service to anyone, this is not the first issue I have had there. I've discussed my concerns several times with the local manager, whomever that may be at the time. I have 2 Nissan vehicles at this time and think very highly of your sales staff. I would take a look at your service staff and reevaluate, as this could an issue with repeat sales/service. More

The listing on the internet did not have additional pictures so the sales person, AJ, took pictures with his phone and text them to me. The car was out front waiting for me when I got there for my test drive. They have a person on staff that assists you with contacting your insurance agent to assure this gets done in a timely manner. Also, the finance lady was super nice and made us very comfortable during the loan process. I have to say that I hate shopping for cars but the staff at Harbor Nissan made it as painless as possible.
