Exemplary Customer Service I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Harbor Nissan and was taking advantage of the free oil change promotion that they offer if the buyer mai I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Harbor Nissan and was taking advantage of the free oil change promotion that they offer if the buyer maintains the Harbor Nissan lettering on the vehicle. I was apprehensive, thinking that the promotion was just to get the customer in the door and then let them know of the many needs of the car. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! I waited in a very comfortable lounge until my car was ready for me to take home. They completed their routine check points and told me that my car checked out on all accounts. The employees are exceptional...the all appear to get along and are courteous not only to the customer buy to each other. I left with the impression that they all really loved their jobs. It was a great feeling. More

Tire repair I dropped off a tire for repair. This service, as with all others, was handled efficiently. The staff is great. My disappointment was revealed the I dropped off a tire for repair. I had the repaired tire re-installed on my vehicle, but the spare was just placed in the cargo area and not returned to the storage area under the vehicle. More

Like the lifetime oil changes, but dislike the billboard advertising from the back window, bumper, and license plate trim - alternative or option to locate Harbor Nisson on the vehicle would have been nice. Filled up the tank, cleaned it up nicely, could have done without all the ants that came with it, but all in all - good. Really needed a positive ending for a stressful two weeks - think we may gotten it. Wife is happy, hopfully that pays off as well. Thanks Harbor Nissan - you did good. More
