Best dealership I've ever dealt with My wife and I responded to an ad on Facebook for Harbor Nissan. Our car had very high mileage, and it was time to make a move. When we got there, we n My wife and I responded to an ad on Facebook for Harbor Nissan. Our car had very high mileage, and it was time to make a move. When we got there, we noticed a salesman (Tom Rusch) standing outside, and we asked for his help in finding what we were looking for. Tom was/is a consummate professional right from the outset. He's courteous, easy to work with, and his total focus was something that we wanted, and we weren't even sure at this point. We looked at cars and SUV's, and he patiently got the keys for several different vehicles, and was so easy going, it was a terrific experience all the way around. We finally found what we wanted, and Tom was able to get us into a monthly payment we could work with. Everyone at the dealership including the GM, (another Tom), just couldn't seem to do enough for us. While all the other salespeople were friendly and courteous to us as well, I will send my friends and family to Harbor Nissan to look for their next vehicle, and I would highly recommend Tom Rusch to deal with. Plus, I found out I get free oil changes for life with my car. More
