Second purchase in three months. Both excellent. In December I bought my daughter a 2015 Sentra for graduation. She loved it and the entire purchase experience was top notch from price negotiation In December I bought my daughter a 2015 Sentra for graduation. She loved it and the entire purchase experience was top notch from price negotiation through delivery. In early March 2016 my daughter was traveling at 55 mph on Rt. 41 when she heard tires screeching and then immediately took the impact of a large vehicle hitting her from the rear at a rate of speed high enough to total the new Sentra. The Nissan did it's job, absorbing the impact and saving my daughter from serious injury. Thank you Nissan Motors. The officer who investigated the wreck estimated the rate of speed of the hitter at 100 mph when he or she locked up the brakes and probably at 85 or 90 mph on impact. My daughter regained enough control to avoid oncoming traffic across four lanes of traffic and managed to bring the Sentra to a stop on the other side of Rt. 41 heading in the opposite direction. She then backed the car up and away from traffic and parked it on the side of road. The cowardly hit and run driver never stopped. Now three weeks later we just completed the purchase of a 2016 Sentra at Harbor Nissan. Salesman Lamarr Green, Finance Manager Tom Hines and Sales Manager Russ Knox gave us another amazingly pleasant buying experience. They were patient, completely transparent, forthcoming with information and highly competent in managing the experience. Above all, they were genuinely kind in their demeanor and their actions. That is rare anywhere in business, and in my experience, quite uncommon in the car business. Thank you Harbor Nissan for your integrity and for having the wisdom to hire Lamarr, Tom and Russ. More

I was greeted by Kelly Sears who was extremely attentive to my purpose in being on the lot. She asked many questions to make sure she got it right! I felt as though we were "on the same page" so I knew this was "my" sales person. In addition to Kelly, there was management who was involved to help make a deal happen. I can truly say the staff at Harbor Nissan went above and beyond to help get me into the vehicle I wanted. My salesperson, Kelly, was very personable, friendly, full of energy, very knowledgeable, and would stop at nothing to make sure I was fully satisfied. Not a happy camper The buying process for my 2005 Ford Freestyle was OK. Not happy with the delivery service. I bought the car on 3/16/16 took it home with half assed detailing,quick and dirty wash job and interior vacuum. On 3/17/16 my salesman Sam Spears called and said he had good news for me. The detailing would be done if I brought the car in on 3/18/16. I did this and received a rental car. Heard nothing until Sunday afternoon when I got a call from Sam Spears asking what time I could come and pick the car up on Monday 3/21/16. I picked up the car with no service papers, no mileage sticker and the car looked just the same as when I took it home on 3/16/16. WHAT DETAILING WAS DONE.?? Not sure that it was touched. I first started with Nissan in 09( Arlington Hts, Il) bought 2 of them now being driven by 2 daughters. Only things needed were tires, batteries, and clean fuel injectors. These cars are more reliable than me. I can't say enough. Pricing no other foreign car beats Nissan, maybe Mitsubishi comes close but Honda and Toyota are overpriced. Your free oil changes are a game changer for many people. Even tho many people complain about high cost of service, Firestone, Goodyear, labor costs per hour are about the same as dealer. Why wouldn't you go to the dealer? More
