Friendly, Well-Run, Team Orientated, Helpful I have held off on financing a new car for months now, due to worrying that I'd be taken advantage of in the process. When I came in to the dealership I have held off on financing a new car for months now, due to worrying that I'd be taken advantage of in the process. When I came in to the dealership, i was maybe 20% serious on finding a car that day, but after talking with Tom for a little bit, I was convinced that making this decision can be easy and painless. So, I was sold and that 2016 Versa was too! I am overjoyed with my vehicle and the payment price, couldn't have gone better. 10/10 More

I had a bad experience with the used car sales dept last month but ended up there again because the SU My sales person, Kelly Sears, was fantastic!! I had a bad experience with the used car sales dept last month but ended up there again because the SUV I was looking at was a used vehicle so I ended up in the used car dept AGAIN. I found a vehicle and decided to buy. I told them I had excellent credit, my score being over 800 and having no pymts, not even a house pyment. They proceeded to change the title of the car to me and also called and changed my insurance to the new./used vehicle, all before we even sat down to discuss money and financing. I got into the finance dept., Sonja, and she informed me that the best she could offer me was 4.75%....REALLY?! She explained that since my credit was locked she was not able to access it and therefore could not offer me any other rate. I explained that I could get lower then 3% at my bank, Bank of America, and she said "I doubt that". I called B of A and they gave me a rate of 2.74%. So I was backed in a corner because I couldn't drive my vehicle away because they already transferred the plates and the ins, so I had no choice but to sign. Again, I was backed into a corner by your staff. Is that how you train your staff??? Back your customer into a corner so they HAVE to sign???? Very disappointed. Now I have to pay to have my title changed to put a new lien holder on it. You have cost me $ that I should not have had to spend if your employee would have done there homework. It's not like this was the first loan that Sonja had ever written and she new there was a lower rate out there. So what kind of kickback do you receive from TD Financing? I will never do business with you again. The only good part is that I get free oil changes and car washes for the life of my vehicle......Whoopi! More
