With trepidation, my mother and I visited another Nissan dealer first, out of convenience. The experience was as expected and we almost gave up. A couple of days later, I reached out by phone to Harbor Nissan - and I am so happy I did! Through a series of phone calls, emails and texts (all at my convenience), I was able to narrow down the vehicle I wanted and get an accurate quote - in writing! I was so impressed with the transparency in pricing (none of that four-square calculus xx the other dealer used to confuse us), we made the appointment to ink the deal and pick up my new Sentra. Harbor Nissan was a little out of the way but I probably would have traveled twice as far just to meet the team that treated us with such kindness and respect. The after-the-sale attention and service did not disappoint either. This experience gives me a whole new outlook on car shopping and buying - and it is my first ever positive dealer experience.
