The most pleasant and unstressful experience ever. My husband and I just went to Harbor Nissan to look at new Cars, and maybe a used Car. We were able to walk around the lot without anyone pressuring us which Car we should buy. That alone was great. We really took our time. We decided that we liked the new 2016 Juke's. We still were not there to buy yet. We went inside to ask some questions when we met Tom Rusch. He was very informative and answered, in great detail, all the question we had about the white Juke we saw on the lot. After speaking with Tom we decided to deal with him, and buy the Juke. The whole experience was great. Again! We were never pressured into anything. This is our 4th Vehicle purchased here. I hope everyone has the same great experience as we did. The service and the employee's are the best around. There is no better Dealership around. More

Thought I drove over here for nothing and wasn't happy until Tony in service made everything right. He said he'd get me in but might take a little longer. Thanked him for his honesty and I don't mind waiting anyway. No big deal. A little over an hour later my car had an oil change and tires rotated with car wash. I've been in the hospitality business all my life and that's the way a company should do business. Thanks again to Harbour Nissan and Tony in service. You got it right. More
Oil Change I came in for an Oil Change because the screen was showing a warning. I didn't have an appointment but it was pretty early ~ 7:20 AM. I thought it was a little heavy handed to ask me to sign an agreement that I understood that it could take as much as 2 hours. As it turned out it only took about 45 minutes. The tire pressure was not corrected. I had gotten a low reading during the week and put air in myself but I couldn't put equal amounts in each tire. They still show the same pressure on the screen as I drove in with. Service was OK once I got over having to sign a contract. More
SLOWWWW Last year I tried to make an appointment for an oil change and was told appointments were no longer given. Upon arrival I was told about an hour wait. Last year I tried to make an appointment for an oil change and was told appointments were no longer given. Upon arrival I was told about an hour wait. It took 2 hours. I decided for the next one I would go elsewhere but I was called by a Nissan rep and said they could make an appointment for me, which I agreed to. I made the necessary personal arrangements but called and was told that they knew nothing of an appointment for me. We scheduled another for today. I went in a few minutes early and was told about an hour. After 2 hours I asked and was told they were just starting on it, though I didn't see it in the garage area.. I had already seen several people leave that arrived after me, so I decided I'd just change the oil myself. They told me it was now done. I asked if they had removed the electrical tape on the roof rack that they put on trying to locate a intermittent noise. He said he doubted they knew to remove it. That's interesting since it was him I mentioned it to when I checked in. Long story short, I am very unhappy with the service department. In the future I'll either drop off the car, change the oil myself, or take it to a mechanic. More

Quick and easy Had my first oil change today on my new car. Service was quick and easy. I just pulled my car right up to the front, someone met me and told me to leave my keys in the car and go to service desk and someone would take care of me. I told them I had an appointment and then went to sit in their waiting area which was super clean and stocked with drinks and pastries. It only took about 45 minutes and I was out of there. Great experience! More
