Took 2 hrs to get oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Scheduled appt for oil change and tire rotation. Was also scheduled to see Joe Moore. Was immediately approached by sales person to trade in vehicle. Scheduled appt for oil change and tire rotation. Was also scheduled to see Joe Moore. Was immediately approached by sales person to trade in vehicle. After his rude and pressured approached, I firmly told him not interested. He STILL pushed further by sending me and E-mail. Took Mr. Moore 1 hr and 15 mins to finally meet. He was polite and answered my questions. Originally, I see was told to talk to Carmen Byrd. Then told "he doesn't talk with customers". Yet, ironically he was the reason for my 2 hr delay for oil change, as he held off on my vehicle service till after I spoke with Mr. Silva, and then was told no need for tire rotation, which was the root cause of all of the discord. I will take advantage of free oil changes, but will NEVER buy or recommend Harbor Nissan to anyone! More

OIL CHANGE AND SERVICE WASH I was greeted by Travis, who is always friendly and willing to help. My car was serviced and washed in a timely manner. I'm very happy and will always come back to Harbor Nissan. While I was waiting for my car, I spoke to Mike Wolfe regarding my car. The lease is almost up and he gave me several options. I will be purchasing my car in a month with Mike as my salesperson. More

Service center My husband and I always used to go to another shop to fix our cars. It was a cheap shop and everyone we knew went there and got deals. Well the last time we went there our car just sat at the shop for a week and the shop never fixed it. Kept saying the part is on its way. I decided to call harbor nissan and our car was fixed within 2 days. The quality of employees at harbor nissan is amazing. Also there was no difference in price from the shop we used to go to. Jon at harbor nissan in the service center really made our experience beyond great. Thanks to him and his great customer service skills we will be back for sure! More
THE WORST AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! With a scheduled appointment, the late afternoon/early evening car buying experience lasted well over four hours! And this was with very little negoti With a scheduled appointment, the late afternoon/early evening car buying experience lasted well over four hours! And this was with very little negotiating! The car we bought had service related issues and should not have even been on the lot yet. Our salesman was only interested in his commission. The finance manager, a great addition to there staff, complained repeatedly the salesman had not provided him with complete and accurate information. This was strange because we walked into the office with a preapproved letter from our bank! The car had to be returned for the service related issues, with an appointment. Upon arrival at the service department, WE had to track down our salesman because he had not provided the needed information. Because of this, a one-day service call turned into a two-day service call. Upon arriving to pick up our car, again, our salesman was unavailable and another salesman stepped up to finish his job. This was, hands down, the worst car buying experience I've ever experienced...and, trust me, this was not my first rodeo! More

Not very happy I had an oil change last Saturday and told the service advisor my car sounded loud after I spent 600.00 on a required 60,000 mile service. He stated t I had an oil change last Saturday and told the service advisor my car sounded loud after I spent 600.00 on a required 60,000 mile service. He stated they could not do it but come back Friday with an appointment. Went back on Friday and it took two hours to decide it was my tires. I have tires for life. Then it took an additional two and a half hours to put the tires on. This is the ironic part. On my 24 point inspection all of the tires were rated an 8 but on the previous inspection they were a 7/6. How does tire tread increase in 6 months. After all this the service advisor stated I had to pay for the tires. He didn't even look at the record to see I have tires for life. Surprise!! What is most disappointing is I called twice and left messages for the service manager to call me but he never did. He had an advisor to call. If I wanted to talk to an advisor I would have left a message for him. It is very fustrating when every time i have a service done there is always a problem. Hopefully something can be resolved.
