very poor to none service when I call the first time to buy a used car over the phone I ask if the 2 remote & books where available along with the title & the answer I got from when I call the first time to buy a used car over the phone I ask if the 2 remote & books where available along with the title & the answer I got from a Robert was : yes sir it is a certified vehicle & everything is here . After I bought the car with Alex I text him a few times to make sure that before the 2015 Juke SV Red was pick up by a driver he make sure that the remote & books where leaving with the car ....car reach Miami & no second remote or either books . That was on Friday last week & when I called him his answer was : I have no idea where they are ...let me see if I can call that Robert...also asked him why the title was not sent & his answer was it will be sent Monday ...Monday nothing Tuesday nothing & had to call to times his cell without answer so I finally call the dealership & could get him on the phone . His answer was : I don't know about the title let me see & I will call you right back .....not to mention that I am still waiting on his answer & we are Thursday evening ...... More
