There was no pressure, and they were patient (my gal pal and I were there for 6 hours!) When all was said and done I left happy, and in style and then we all met up for celebratory beer and wings. Just another normal day? And btw, even after I signed papers, Dan and Matt let me know the following day that there was a better rate than I had signed up for, and would I mind coming in. why have an appointment I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. When I arrived I was told there were 6 people in front of me. SO AGAIN I ASK WHY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! I must say I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. When I arrived I was told there were 6 people in front of me. SO AGAIN I ASK WHY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! I must say that the service tech told me it would be 2 1/2 hours, he was correct. I was finally done the oil change at 11:30. Oil change should take roughly 3/4 to 1 hour NOT 2 1/2. Suggest that you either make oil changes first come first served or stick to the appointment time. More
