Approachable and Negotiable Let me first start that before coming to Harbor Nissan, I had HORRIBLE service from car sales people in the past. One thing that I asked Harbor Nissan is no pressure of purchasing anything, I wanted to see my options for a crossover/small SUV. Here's the thing, I hate car dealerships because of my past, and I get sour when salespeople don't work with my budget and my time. Mateo and Russell worked with me and we both negotiated with a comfortable price point. I also really liked the fact that Mateo knew exactly what I needed (also the fact I'm a recent graduate and a young professional). Finally, I appreciated Mateo and Russ being really good storytellers and explaining line by line what the cost of my trade-in (even though we had some disagreements) and the total costs. They both made me feel that I made a strong choice for purchasing my new Rogue. Nathan was very helpful with the delivery of the car and Tom showed me options of adding options to financing my car. With that said, this is the sales side of Nissan Harbor and I am very pleased to have done business with them. However, I really hope the service side is the same as the sales side, we'll see. More

From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was excellent. Tom Rusch was great when it came to helping me pick the car I desired. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted for a price we could afford. Corey was excellent with making sure the numbers all made sense. The entire team was friendly and welcoming.
