Oil change and tire rotation Excellent service Jon Silva came out to the SUV when we drove in asked about how the AC was working as we were in there a month prior to have it worke Excellent service Jon Silva came out to the SUV when we drove in asked about how the AC was working as we were in there a month prior to have it worked on. It worked fine while we were on vacation but was not able to get back to his Email. Enjoyed our 4 week vacation in the comfort of the Rouge drove about 6400 miles and got around 32 mpg. Came in for oil change and tire rotation and Jon took care of that while we waited. It is nice that you have coffee and cookies in the waiting area to give the waiting time seem shorter. Thank you very much for being so thoughtful. More

All questions I had was answered and I even learned thoroughly the benefits of leasing a vehicle, which is what I ended up doing. The reason I rated Harbor Nissan 4 stars is because I went there based on prices that were listed online. However, the actual prices of the vehicles was much higher. I was told that this is because they advertise with the discount that the customer may be qualified for. To me, that is false advertising, so I wasn't happy about that. Other than this issue, everything was great. I would recommend this dealership, however be prepared to pay $5-6,000 more than advertised Internet pricing. More
