Our perfect experience at Harbor Nissan We came to the Harbor Nissan dealership on Saturday Oct 3rd, and were greeted at the door by the salesman named Richard. We told Richard we were looki We came to the Harbor Nissan dealership on Saturday Oct 3rd, and were greeted at the door by the salesman named Richard. We told Richard we were looking to test drive and possibly buy a 2015 Nissan Altima. We were not sure which model we wanted and Richard gave us a detailed description of both S and SV models. We were also able to drive both models and compare the driving experience of both. Richard was more than an expert on these cars, he was a guru on the subject. He described the technical details that we were not aware of and gave us a demo of the electronic systems. We were so impressed with the SV model, we decided to buy it that very day. Richard helped us negotiate the price and seal the deal, then filled up and prepped our car, so it was gleaning to perfection. We were greeted by the insurance agent who was conveniently located right there in the building. She was very helpful and friendly, as was the sales manager who came to congratulate us on the deal well made. Our registration was made right there within an hour, even though it was a Saturday. While the paperwork was being prepared, Richard took us to the car, and did a complete demo of all the systems. That included connecting to the Bluetooth and showing us how to use it in details. The financing was arranged quickly and in a professional friendly manner. The whole day we were treated in a highly professional and friendly way, and it was a pleasure to deal with the entire staff. As an extra bonus, we were offered free oil changes at the dealership, bot for my new Altima and my husband's Honda Pilot. But the main thing is that we love the car and enjoy it every day. Thanks to Richard and Harbor Nissan, our car buying experience was a total success! More
