Best car buying experience I've had...EVER! This was hands-down the best experience I've ever had a car dealership! Like everyone, my wife and I are extremely busy and rarely have all day to sit This was hands-down the best experience I've ever had a car dealership! Like everyone, my wife and I are extremely busy and rarely have all day to sit at a dealership buying a car. Russell had everything approved and ready to go the minute we got there. I signed the paperwork with Russell while Mike helped my wife move the car seat from the car we traded to the new car. Once the documents were signed, Mike gave us a "tour" of the new car and showed us all the features it came equipped with. He answered a ton of questions we had and when we were finished, he met us at the gas station next to the lot and topped off the tank in the new car. I'm not normally a review writer, but this experience was well worth the time. While they take as much time as needed to answer every question, they also value your time. If you know exactly what you want, you can be in and out in under 30 minutes, like we were. Very impressed and we've already recommended this dealership to people we know who have asked about the new car(which we are also thrilled about). We live in Tampa, so it's a bit of a drive, but well worth it. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Russell and his team are the people to go see. 5-Stars, 10/10, A+++, Two Thumbs Up!! More

Fun and informative We came in to the dealership with serious intent to find a good fit for me regarding a 2 door jeep wrangler. We left one day and came back the next because we found ourselves torn between two vehicles with different equipment, both having great selling points and features. The salesman was smart eneugh and wise eneugh to know this is not the time for a hard sell or close. He encouraged us to return and look again. Unscramble our thoughts and make the best choice later. We came back the next day after much thought and made our selection. Not all dealerships trust their salespeople eneugh to "let you slip away", but I feel this confidence and preasurless approach is what worked for us. Hats off to a more pleasant approach to helping us find the right vehicle! More
