We are so sorry you feel that our service department didn't take care of you after making sure your brakes were replaced at absolutely no cost to you and squeezing you in when your schedule allowed since you lived out of town. If they appeared to be rude, it is likely because Saturdays are our busiest day of the week and they are trying to make sure they get everyone in and out as quickly as possible.
