I hadn't dealt with Robert previously, but he made the contract signing and explanations pretty straight-forward and easy. The only negative was that I had brought in a lease offer referencing Mark Anthony at Harbor Nissan from Edmunds that contained a very misleading lease offer for a 2017 Murano SL at $200 down and $200 per month for 36 months. After receiving a couple of "explanations for the unavailability of that offer - neither of which I could really accept, we did lease the Murano SV. Although nowhere the monthly amount I had hoped for, we still like dealing with Mike Longo and like the vehicle. Next time, I plan to do a lot more pre-visit preparation. More

3rd and final bad visit My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer as well as had several service visits here. The last vehicle we bought here a service plan wa My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer as well as had several service visits here. The last vehicle we bought here a service plan was put into our contract without notice or discussion and when the general manager was called on numerous occasions no call was ever answered or returned. Our last few service visits have been awful as well from lack of communication to sheer incompetence. The lack of courtesy and knowledge at this dealership is utterly unbelievable. I would never recommend this dealer for sales or service. My wife and I will never return to this dealer. More

Joe Wright worked with the banks to get me the financing I needed to get the Mini Cooper I wanted. Dean Williams wrapped up the deal with me in a quick an efficient manner. A few days after I purchased the car, I noticed two bulbs were out in the front of the car, I came back and Tim in the service department had the problem fixed and had me on my way in under an hour. I am blown away by the awesome customer service I have received at Harbor Nissan. I will tell all my friends, and will continue to come here to have my car serviced. More
Oil change In the past I’ve went for an oil change and it took over hour and half. I went last Saturday and it was less than an hour. Much faster. Had an excellent experience with my service here. I have a 2005 Ford F-350 that has an issue during my trip from Cape Coral to Georgia when Irma hit. I had to leave the truck there until they opened back up. Once they opened they diagnosed the issue quickly and got my warranty company to cover almost all the repairs. They were very good at keeping me up to date on the progress and let me know when I should pick it up. I will definitely return. More
