We are very sorry that you have not received the services that were promised to you when you purchased your Rogue. We would like to have the opportunity to look into the dent and VIN etching, but do not have enough information from this review to be able to get more information on our end. If you would please contact our Owner Loyalty Manager at 941-629-1171 ext 285, she would like to be able to visit with you and discover what happened. As for the oil change program, it has been modified to provide discounts on all service visits. With recent changes in the recommended maintenance for all car manufacturers, the free oil changes were not providing much of a benefit to our customers with maybe one oil change per year at a savings of only $30. Now you can save that much in just one visit with a discount on everything from oil changes to tire rotations to accessories. When you contact our OLM, she can provide you with more details of this wonderful discount program that is provided to you at absolutely no cost.

Hello, Dan. I apologize that our new discount program was not fully explained to you, therefor causing you concern. All car manufacturers have changed their recommended maintenance times meaning you may only need one oil change per year. That wasn't much of a benefit to our customers. Now you only pay $18.95 for an oil change and then get discounts on everything else, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars per year. Also, we have not done away with free car washes. In actuality we have increased that benefit. Now, every time you come in for any type of service work, you get a courtesy wash and vacuum absolutely free! Our Owner Loyalty Manager would like to have an opportunity to go over all of the discounts you are now entitled to. Please contact her at 941-629-1171 ext 285.

With automobile manufacturers changing their recommended maintenance schedule, we discovered we were not able to give our customers as many benefits. We implemented the new VIP Plus program to give you discounts on all work done in our service department, not just oil changes. So instead of only saving $30 to $60 per year on free oil changes, you can save even more during that same time frame by performing the simple maintenance work you would already do, such as rotating your tires or getting an alignment. We are so sorry you feel like our dealership has not followed through on items you believe are owed to you. Our Owner Loyalty Manager has already been looking into the situation you have mentioned on the referral and has not been able to find information in reference to that. As for the oil changes, we realized we were unable to give our customers much of a benefit when all automobile manufacturers changed their recommended maintenance schedule. For someone who doesn't drive much, that could mean only one oil change per year, saving that customer only $30. Now you can save much more than that with the VIP Plus program you are a member of. This program normally comes at a cost of $699, but there is absolutely no cost to you. You simply come in for regular maintenance and reap the benefits of the program.

We are so sorry that the new discount program was not fully explained to you. It will provide many more benefits than just one or two oil changes per year, even with a brand new Murano. All car manufacturers have changed their recommended maintenance schedule so we were unable to provide much benefit with a free oil change worth $30. You may save only $60 per year. Now, you can save up to $60 in just one visit depending on what maintenance you perform.
