"Free oil change" We only went to harbor Nissan because when we moved here they offered free oil changes for life as long as we had their sticker on the back of the tru We only went to harbor Nissan because when we moved here they offered free oil changes for life as long as we had their sticker on the back of the truck. Went in for an oil change and they're no longer free. They got a bunch of free advertising from us and we got nothing in return. When we asked them to remove the sticker because they didn't hold up their end of the bargain, they refused and told us to do it ourselves. Very nasty customer service. This wasn't the first time they were rude to us. We will not be returning. More

I was a little disappointed that they now charge for oil changes. When I purchased my car NEW, they told me I would receive lifetime oil changes free of charge. They now charge $18 for an oil change. I will still use them for warranty service, but will get oil changes elsewhere. More

I then passed on the positive reviews to my family and my folks then bought their Cadillac here and they too had good results ! They just aren't all Nissan's! Fast forward to just this past weekend, I went car shopping for my daughter whom is 17 and out of the kindness of my heart I picked her a car out due to hers finally taking a toll and they yet again were amazing to me so much so I feel I have to speak on them very highly! This past weekend I thought I did a good deed buying my daughter a 2011 Mini Cooper, I was so excited to take it home and show her, sadly when I did she was not crazy about it I cried all weekend to the point where I had to come in today Monday,9/18/2017 and admit that I was buying with my heart and that my daughter felt the car was not her. Needless to say I was broken and freaking out due to signing a contract and well Mr.Wright who is on the finance team and or the managers listened to me and they allowed me to return the car no major questions asked, I didn't have to beg they were just heartfelt and did what was best for all of us, not many places would do that but they did!!! . Talk about all around amazing people, they truly care for you! I appreciate them so much and they truly have a forever customer. More
Excellent my car was towed to the dealership because of a busted radiator. Unfortunately this was Friday and you were about to close for hurricane Irma. My car was parked in your lot and told thjat it would be repaired when you reopened. I left my car there and hoped hurricane did not demolish it. On tuesday i received a call that it was ready for repair and what the price would be. Maybe it would be a few days I said ok for the price and I would wait for it. Well what a surprise when in the afternoon, I was called, to say it was repaired andI could pick it up. Your courtesy car came to get me and I had my car b/4 5pm.That is really good service. I have been doing business with you since bought my 1995 Altima and it has always been first class. I tell everyone you are the best. More
