Poor customer service Made my appointment 9:30 am found it would be over 2 hr wait. Told my rep Jim I would return later to pick up my truck. Jim would call. 2 pm I call to find out if my truck is ready to be told by Rich he would have to locate my vechiel 2:45 No return call so I call back to find out if he located my truck, his talking across the room if Ms.Hawkins truck ready to get a reply yes 395 when she's ready. I was past ready i now had another 2 hour drive for my truck. To find when I get there 2 dints in my hood. Jim no available to review my bill so a lady who was inconvenienced to take my payment and view the bill who still need Jim for my dents. Jim let me know it would be a 40 min wait or he would take pictures for the person who would call me. Needless to say I never revived the call More
No more free oil changes I was disappointed to go for my oil change and find they are no longer free. When I bought my Nissan I was to pay for one out of every five oil change I was disappointed to go for my oil change and find they are no longer free. When I bought my Nissan I was to pay for one out of every five oil changes. Along the way they changed to free oil changes for life. Now they've taken it all away. I think when you buy a vehicle and there's a specific service advertised you should get it for as long as you have the vehicle you purchased. So disappointing! More
Harbor Nisan unilaterally cancels free oil service When I purchased my Nissan Altima, I was guaranteed free oil change as long as I owned car. Based on this guarantee and other incentives I chose Harbo When I purchased my Nissan Altima, I was guaranteed free oil change as long as I owned car. Based on this guarantee and other incentives I chose Harbor Nissan over Gettle Nissan in my hometown, Sarasota. On Tuesday I was informed that Harbor Nissan unilaterally cancelled this guarantee and I had to pay approximately $21.00. When I asked to speak to the service manager, I was informed he would not be available. I then produced a Nissan Harbor letter congratulating me on completing 2 years of ownership and offering $20 of any service. I was then informed that Harbor Nissan would no longer honor that offer. Finally, when service was completed, I advised cashier that I had a service credit balance which was originally $500 and asked that the $20 oil change be charged against. The cashier and the service agent said they could not access my account and I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours for Service Manager to return. I reluctantly decided to pay the $20 with the guarantee that the Service Manager would call me the next day. Two days later, the Service Manager still has not contacted me. I traveled 100 miles round trip for an oil change because I believed in Harbor Nissan. After they broke their word and treated me so poorly, I will reluctantly try to build a relationship with Gettle Nissan on Sarasota, 2 miles from my home More
