But that promise was quickly broken on just the first oil change. Instead of free, I had to pay but was "enrolled" in a $700 maintenance plan for free!! The plan is essentially worthless with miniscule discounts on service that this well built car will never need anyway. To say I am disappointed in this dealership is a mild understatement. A fairer way of doing this would have been to give me the choice of the plan or the $700. I'll take my chances give me the money! get rid of the freeloaders who never purchased a car from you but don't xxxx off your real customers--its a basic marketing rule More

No tires for life or free oil changes ! I brought my Nissan Xterra for scheduled appointment ( factory recall ,oil change and tire check.) When I arrived I was informed that oil change is n I brought my Nissan Xterra for scheduled appointment ( factory recall ,oil change and tire check.) When I arrived I was informed that oil change is not free any more and I can just decide not to get it done or pay .I also wanted my tires checked since I strictly follow all recommended scheduled maintenance in order to receive "tires for life".My tires were fine but when I asked about "tires for life"I was directed to sales to "check my contract".Sales told me he"always gets stuck checking on stuff" and also informed me that I don't have a contract since I paid cash for the vehicle.I returned to service just to learn that the person who was checking on my service record and telling me I'm OK for "tires for life"does not work there any more.I was shown one page paper that I should have had in my contract regarding the program.I also was told that my service record is missing wheel alignments (never offered or mentioned to me before) therefore I would not get tires for free when needed anyway. I got all my service done that day not to waste any more time or energy but I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone any more. Apparently I was missing alignments for 5 years I own the vehicle. I m just starting to wonder what other services I "missed". Sadly enough nobody could recognize deal opportunity from very satisfied with the product(love my Nissan!)cash buyer who was surely to purchase a new Nissan car in a future or send more clients their way ! PS:I also met one more woman in service waiting room with same "tires for life""missing alignments"story.This weekend I heard same story again from a man.News travel fast,sales will drop for sure.
