Sales LIED!!! Bought a new car with 5 miles on it. Was promised free oil changes as long as I owned the car and kept the Harbor Nissan logo in car. They changed the policy and now charge you 18.95 for oil change and give you $5 off tire rotation. The price for the two equals my previous dealers normal cost and they throw in free exterior car wash. Not buying a car from these liars again! Ripped off!!! More

Upon arrival to my second visit I bought my car Oct 2016 and 1 of the major factors in choosing Harbor Nissan was for the promised "Free oil changes". Upon arrival to my second visit for what I thought was a free oil change, I was notified that I was grandfathered into a VIP program and had to pay $18.95. Granted that is cheap for an oil change but the principle is, that's NOT what was part of the contract! Not to mention there was not a single effort put into notifying the customer of the sudden change. I am extemely disappointed! More

Misleading I bought the car from this dealership a couple of months ago. My wife went for our first free oil change but the service representative told her that the promotion was discontinued. Before making the appointment, I even selected the option for free oil change and without any previous notice, upon arrival, coincidentally, the promotion ended. If I knew that the dealership was going to discontinue the promotion, I would have not bought the car or went for the service. More

Went in today for my routine oil change and was told they no longer will honor their promise of free oil changes for exchange for advertising. Not only that , I was told that by having the advertisement on my back windshield, I was automatically enrolled in their VIP plus program to get discounts. IT'S THE LOWEST TIER PROGRAM THEY OFFER!!!! Wow Harbor Nissan!!! Way to really upset your customers and break promises!Your Facebook site is going crazy over all of this! Your generic response to everyone on Facebook has been that you're giving your customers a better deal. How is something that was once free, and now you have to pay for it, a better deal? Why, because you think that by saving someone $50 if they spend over 1000 is giving someone a great deal? Or saving someone $25 if they spend over 500? Is that a great deal? Your generic response also says it was due to customer feedback that some of these changes were made. I was never informed or asked anything. Neither were the people on Facebook giving you bad reviews over this? Who are these customers that would rather pay for something then get it for free? This whole thing is disgusting . Two vehicles and years of advertising for you guys and this is the thanks your customers get? Will not be back. Will not recommend, and if anyone I know does decide to buy from you, I will tell them to not to believe anything they "promise " you. Get it all in writing with a signed contract. I have no idea who I worked with in service because I was so irate over this oil change thing. This a bad reputation in your business if you trying to trick your buyer promising stuff, this is a wrong thing to do. It's scream to me bad business, successful business comes from word of mouth. Would never buy a car or recommend this dealership!!!! If you look online they are scheduling oil changes for free. When the car was purchased you were told that you would have a lifetime of free oil changes! A perfect example of BAIT & SWITCH!!
