Where's the free oil change you agreed to? I bought a brand new car here in October with the promise of free oil changes for life. Not happy with the car at all too many things wrong with it Firstly I was sold a car with a transmission leak.. I was told by the sales person CJ that he had to check to see if it is covered! I said what are you talking about? 2 days later I noticed the leak so evidently it was sold that way.. I made an appointment to bring it in and they "fixed it" but got home and saw more transmission fluid in my garage the next morning.. I was told it must have been "a faulty part" so I brought it back again ps I live in Sarasota so it's not around the corner. They did fix it and the service advisor assured me it was fixed and he was very pleasant.. More
Oil change I called for an appointment for my oil change. When I made the appointment, I was only told the date and time. I had at least two emails reminding me of my appointment for my free oil change. When I arrived I was told it was no longer free. If the free oil change was no longer an option, I should have been told the first time I called. And the email also should not have said free oil change. The person that informed me at the time I arrived told me it had been discontinued and then tried to tell me that I had to buy some kind of bogus deal for a lot of money. When I agreed to have the oil change I asked if he could take the sign out of my back window. He said it would cost me an additional 10 dollars!!! Really?!? And it's not so much that I now had to pay for the oil change. It's that at no time was I informed until I arrived for my appointment. This is poor business. I have already passed on the false information that I was given to others that usually have service done at your service department.. I won't be back. Neither will all of the others I have and will pass on your shoddy practices. If I could give you a 0 star rating I would! I don't know the person who talked to me. More
Please inform of changes I registered for at that time their standard free oil change. They never informed me their policy changed until my appointment check in. Had they done so, I would've cancelled and had it done much closer to home and for less. But since they didn't I was basically forced to take it because of time constraints and scheduling. They need to communicate some way when you sign up for something, then get there and it is changed. Unfair, bad policy, bad business. More

Will not return unless the 2 new tires I received are bad. Which I hear they are selling bad tires.Whuch a gentleman in waiting area had been there 3 times for bad tires, and as we talk I was getting the same tire! Word of mouth is usually true. Will only return if tires are not satisfactory. More

I was one of the many that signed up to have the Harbor Nissan sticker displayed on my back window with the understanding "payment for advertising" would be free oil changes. Yesterday {July 25) I made arrangements to drop off my car before continuing to an appointment., I had scheduled the time with Nissan the previous week. upon dropping off my car I was notified the program had been changed & my oil change would cost $29.95. since I had people waiting for me and someplace to be I felt like I was sorta short on options & I agreed to pay. It would have been a much better feeling toward Harbor Nissan if I had been advised of the change when I made the appointment. Unfortunately I cannot recommend your business practices further. More
