Hello and thank you for your feedback. When we attempted to notify our valued customers of the change in policy, we did not realize that many of the emails would go to the spam folder. We had considered a hard mailing, but many of our customers are up north at this time and wouldn’t have received notification either. It ended up being a no-win scenario. That is why we are working so hard to get in touch with each and every one of you who have left a review either on this site or one of many others. We do value our customers and our intention was to offer more savings on services they would have performed anyway. We apologize that the modification to the “.com” sticker program was not presented to you prior to your visit to the dealership. We implemented the program as a way to save our customers more money on their service visits than just two or three free oil changes per year. We have also made some additional changes to those regular service visits, which includes a free wash and detail that were not always included prior to this modification. We are trying to serve all of our customers with this discount program as not everyone benefitted from the limited oil change program. Our discounts now apply to all service work done. We would appreciate some one-on-one feedback from you, and our Owner Loyalty Manager would be happy to sit and visit with you at your convenience.
