Promises Not Kept Told at time of purchase (1/5/2017) that I would have free oil changes and car wash. Went for first service and was told this is not so. Seems if you bought your car before new program you should be given promises per the car deal you made at the time of purchase. Very disappointed! Never received $25 gift card either! Horrible! I have been doing business here for several years. I have always brought all my vehicles in for all service and mechanical fixes. It seems I always have to fight with the service Dept to honor free oil changes and tires for life program on my minivan. No longer honoring my free oil changes and just not the same friendly staff that we use to have in years past. I am thinking we should find a different dealership. More

lifetime oil change? When I bought my car, a not insignificant portion of the decision was based on the free lifetime oil changes promised by my sales person. I even let them put the advert for harbour Nissan on my car for this reason alone. (I hate window and number stickers). So you can see my frustration when lifetime equals 1 and it turns out that one wasn't even the correct oil for my car. I called and scheduled an appointment one week I'm advance letting them no it was for my free oil change. Imagine my surprise when I show up and the first thing I hear is there has been a change to the policy. I drive from out of town to get to the dealer for this so already this is a waste of my time. I am told my oil change will cost 20.00 and am handed a brochure outlining all the wonderful new things I am entitled to, most of which I already paid for when I bought. The car. Well I agree to the 20 bucks and leave while they do the work. When I come to pick up the car I noticed that the flier says 10 dollars off synthetic oil change and inquire that that is what was put in my car, since that is the recommended oil per Nissan and is what is listed in the manual. I was told no they put conventional oil in the car and it would be ok till my next oil change. Since this was a brand new car that I purchased from your dealership I said no. I made them replace the oil with full synthetic and had to pay 68.00 and call my ride back until the work was done. Inconclusion, I bought a car with lifetime oil changes (yes I did ask if that was for synthetic) and received 1 expensive oil change that took a good portion of my Saturday to make right. I was considering purchasing a second vehicle for my girlfriend from you. But I can find a different dealer closer that offers the same vehicle at or below your price and pay for the oil changes myself. More

The rug was pulled from underneath me I have purshased several vehicles from this dealership, and all I've ever been told is "free oil changes for life". I have advertised your dealership on my rear windshield for years. I recently scheduled an appointment for my "free oil change" which was what I clicked on while scheduling it online. I arrived early as I usually do for my appointment . The service speacialist walked outside in the service bay and asked me if I was aware of the new procedure for the "free oil change". I advised him I wasn't aware of any changes. He then told me they were no longer free, and I would have to pay $18.95 for the service. This infuriated me because your dealership has been cramming "free oil changes for life" down my throat, and now I get the rug taken from underneath me. I didn't expect to pay for the service as usual, and I felt disrespected for the terrible customer service I received. I have been loyal to this dealership and I have had other types of service done. I will now use other establishments for oil changes and service due to this. I should have been comped for the service during my appointment due to being unaware of this change, and I feel customers that were promised this should have been granfatheted in. Here's a tip, maybe you should take down the gigantic billboard that saying "free oil changes for life" at your dealership, and maybe you should remove that option for the online service appointment process as well. This incident has altered my opinion of your dealership, and my recommendation to others will not be positive. More

Wonder who they really told? I have talked to three others now that purchased vehicles there also and they never recieved a notice either. Would have been nice to know ahead of time since I waited over a week to get it done with u. I felt taken advantage of and will not be back. More
