Lacked communication Went in for tire rotation and oil change AND questions regarding having my steering wheel replaced (possibly under warranty) due to leather cracking. Went in for tire rotation and oil change AND questions regarding having my steering wheel replaced (possibly under warranty) due to leather cracking. I have no idea how long the oil change and rotation actually took but I was there 2.5 hours with no communication on what was taking so long - took a walk around the building and saw my jeep sitting there, done. And no one said anything to me. I was very annoyed by this. I was told they were speaking with warranty about my steering wheel. No one could find the guy we were working with. Finally got checked out by someone else. Saw our guy with another customer. And no one called the warranty company. So now IM calling the warranty company myself. They were perfectly fine except not telling me what was going on and keeping me there probably 2 hours longer than necessary. And lying about calling the warranty company. More
The hardest time that I ever had purchasing a vehicle.!!!!!! My arrival at dealership on Sunday around 10:30 am.my sales person was only on the job for less than a week. (that is OK I understand) product knowledge limited. person did try and answer my questions and got assistance when they could not answer them. (again I understand) sometime around 11:45/12:00 noon OK, time to fish or cut bait. what is it going to cost me to buy this car???? How much for my trade in??? How much out the door price with all taxes, fees, dealer chargers, transportation charge.etc, etc, etc. Now comes the real fun, Oh I can not do that, your car isn't worth that much, but let me talk to my supervisor. It's the best he can do. OK good by. OH, OH wait a minute let me talk to him again. He comes back with a reduced bottom line and free back scratches for life. NO Good by. I told you what I was willing to pay. let try another manager may be he will be able to do a little better. "Big Manager" NOW make an appearance, Are we having fun yet? It is around 1:30 or 1:45pm. By now, all I want to do is just go home and watch the 4:00 football game. We barter back and forth and we come to an agreement. GREAT, not so fast you, MUST go to the finance manager, but I am going to pay cash, it does not matter OK but I am not buying a #$%#@$% thing from him, nothing, if he so much as says to me do you want to buy undercoat or overcoat, suit coat, long term polish, no polish, seat cover polish I am walking out. 4:00pm comes and there I sit filling out more paper work then I did when I purchase my House. GET me out of here, a few more items here to talk about and your car is being washed and cleaned as we speak. GET me out of here. 4:45pm OMG the delivery boy just got into an accident with you car and hit another car. Don't worry please don't worry we will make good. We can fix it up and you won't know that it was in this minor fender bender. Get me out of here. Here is a rental car "No Charge of Course" and you can pick up your almost brand new never off the lot car next week. and remember "FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE" around 5:15pm I wiggle my way into the smallest car that is allowed on the road "NO Charge of Course" and make my way home. Smoke is coming out of every orifice in my body, the ONLY good thing is that my team is winning at 1/2 time. Head spinning after this experience, watch rest of game have dinner and go to bed. Nest day I look at reams of paper from the dealership and what the W#$%^F%$$# , that weasel in the finance department managed to slip in a "Mandatory spare key" for a small sum of $300.00 plus dollars. I got into the smallest car that is allowed on the road and peddled as fast as I could the Harbor Nissan, found the sale manager and said What the F@#$(^%$ are you guys trying to pull. OH I am so sorry you should not have to purchase that key. I will give you one of free and you can pick it up when you pick up your almost brand new car when it comes out of our body shop. Thank you for purchasing a vehicle from Harbor Nissan, and remember "Free Oil Changes of Life. Monday July 3rd I have my first appointment to have my "Free for Life" oil change at the designated time only to be informed that the "Free for Life" program was terminated July 1st but, I could purchase a oil and filter change for $18.95 are you kidding me. Well, a manager heard all the commotion came up to me and the service rep. who was help me and stated the the program was extended another day until they could take down the sign on the giant bill board that states "FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE" in the front of the building. As you can imagine, I can not wait to go back to Harbor Nissan for anything. NOT PS I love my almost new Nissan Murano More

Took away customer perks These were both perks that I was promised when I bought my vehicle less than a year ago. Was supposed to be as long as I owned the vehicle. Guess they no longer care about about customer loyalty or good customer service. Why would I get any of my other service work done here or buy my next vehicle here if they do not honor what they said when I bought this one. Is the dealership having financial issues? Is that why they are not longer looking out for the customers who have bought from them? Something to think about. More

I have been looking for a new commercial vehicle for my business, I looked on line, drove around, etc. Every occasion I filled out the " I am Interest I have been looking for a new commercial vehicle for my business, I looked on line, drove around, etc. Every occasion I filled out the " I am Interested form" and emailed it in. I would have to contact them to get any info on the said vehicle I was looking at. I did the same form for Harbor Nissan, I was contacted first thing the next morning By Rachael , Set an Appointment for me that day. When I arrived at the dealership Micheal Longo was waiting for me , knew who I was and what I was looking for. Brought the vehicle to me and took the time to explain all the features, and asked me what I was needing from the vehicle. After The test drive we went inside and He and The rest of the staff made sure I was getting what I wanted in the vehicle!!! Gave me the best offer around !! The are the Standard others should strive for!! Never told me No, Went the extra mile to do the right thing !! I will not even think of going anywhere else when I need my next Vehicle !
