Follow up from purchase The service department did a great job on there part, but I didn't like the sub dealing with the rent a car instead of Harbor Nissan loader car. Also the paint shop where my Frontier went to remove the scratches out of the finish didn't wash the area down first and when compounded the roof they had the passenger door open and left little white dots of compound on the inside of the door. Wasted 45 minutes of my life I will never get back Received notice of recall and stopped by dealership to see if the car qualified. CSR told me that the recall had NOT been done. (We told him the car had been in within the last month and we thought it had been taken care of) In any event, after 45 minutes of CSR checking once again, I was told the correction had been made. Doesn't make sense that two reps could tell two different stories. In meantime, being 75 years of age, I had plenty of other things I could have accomplished in those wasted 45 minutes. This is the second sub standard experience I have had at this dealership. More

Took forever for an oil change Dropped off my car and walked to the service counter where there were four employees typing. I was literally standing right next to an employee for ab Dropped off my car and walked to the service counter where there were four employees typing. I was literally standing right next to an employee for about 3 mins and not one even looked up to ask if I was being helped. A fifth walked around me and sat down behind the computer with which I was standing right in front of, failed to acknowledge me and began eating a snack. I'm looking around wondering if anyone is going to help me and then the one I was originally standing next to asked if I was being helped. I said no, gave my keys, and mentioned I had an 11a appointment for an oil change and I was told to sit in the waiting room. I also observed a lack of acknowledging other customers upon approaching the service counter which is horrible. Even if they cannot service them immediately acknowledging a customer makes for great customer care. Needless to say an hour and a half later my car was done. They were nice once I was spoken to but I'd rather pay to get my oil change done in a timely manner in exchange for great customer care and not being brushed off as less important than to get it done for free at Nissan. More
