The oil change prior to this one in March was a disaster - oil leaked and stained our driveway because the "O" ring was not put on properly! showed up broken down and no appointment I bought my 2015 used Frontier from Harbor Nissan about 3 months ago. Last week my truck starting acting strange while I was driving down the highway near the dealership... so I pulled in, on a Friday of a long holiday weekend... with no appointment. They got me in and out in 33 minutes TOTAL and fixed the problem. THANK YOU! More
Unproffessional A radio replacement was ordered. After I was told it would only take a week to arrive, it took more than a month. I scheduled my appointment and the A radio replacement was ordered. After I was told it would only take a week to arrive, it took more than a month. I scheduled my appointment and then had to reschedule it. At no time did anyone on the phone tell me that I had 30 days to reschedule or the radio would be sent back. When I arrived to get the radio installed, no one seemed to notice that the radio was not there. After repeating myself several times that I was the one calling in inquiring when my radio would arrive and that no one had told me anything, the Manager at the service desk, had the audacity to tell me that I needed to make sure I make an appointment on time. I was the one calling in and if you kept records you would have seen that. The radio took over 30 days to arrive. The ball was dropped twice. Once by telling me it would arrive in one week and second no one told me I had 30 days to schedule, not once but twice. Due to my schedule I had to reschedule my appointment and no one told me this. After arriving at your service department the manager tried to give me an attitude as if I had not brought my car in on time. I don't remember her name but she was there on Saturday 5/27 at 10:15 am. I was now told that the radio would take about a week. However I received a call on 5/30 (3 days later) from Amir, that my radio had arrived. How odd. I believe the radio was there all this time but no one could find it. Because of my schedule I can only bring it in on Saturday. Amir told me that i needed to come in sooner because again my radio would be sent back. I have a job like everyone else and can't be expected for me to drop what I am doing because now I am being warned (basically threatened) that it would be sent back. I was in the process of bringing my car in for a trade in. I am now reconsidering it. I don't do business when there is no trust. More
Good deals but inconsiderate salesman I liked the deal i got but my salesman was horrible. He ignored m most of the time. Done my paperwork wrong. I sat two evenings at harbor nissan and never got treated fair as a person. The salesman I had was last named king. If it wasn't for james pool i would of walked out the first day. More
