oil change and warranty work came in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as a warranty issue. the car was ready in 20 minutes,oil change and rotation were done but the war came in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as a warranty issue. the car was ready in 20 minutes,oil change and rotation were done but the warranty problem was not fixed in fact looking at the R.O. it was not even listed so I don't believe an ASE tech. even looked at the problem,(issue still there,i.e.shaking when at a stop )then when leaving the dealership I saw the oil change sticker stating that the battery was no good so in calling the dealer back when I got home I was told that the tester was not working correctly and to disregard the sticker and the battery should be fine. the service writer was very knowledgeable about Nissan. Below Average I had two visits back to back (2 days in a row) at this dealership with two different vehicles. It so happens that for the first vehicle, I paid for 2 I had two visits back to back (2 days in a row) at this dealership with two different vehicles. It so happens that for the first vehicle, I paid for 2 services and the service was excellent! For the second vehicle, I only needed the complimentary oil change. The service on this visit was below average. The service advisor brought to my attention that I needed to have a few services done on my car (which I declined). He didn't seem too thrilled about that. As I sat and waited, I looked towards the service desk and the service advisor signal to me to come over. He didn't point out all the issues that were marked on the form even though they were clearly marked. To top if off, the plastic was left on my seat and the paper floor mat was left on the car floor. The same service assisted me on both days but for the first day, I paid for two services and the treatment was excellent. For the second vehicle, the customer service was poor and I didn't get a paid service. Could it be that paying for a service and the level of customer service you receive are related? More

The service personnel would ignore you when you were coming in for an appointment to just drop your car off for regular maintenance. Now the there service person comes to greet you as you pull in to the garage. They talk to and treat you as you would any person that you might meet. More
