Mark and the service staff were just outstanding in resolving the issue with my vehicle. They facilitated the communication with the transmission repair facility and took care of all the arrangements resolving the issue with my vehicle. Having them perform this service for me took all the pressure and angst off of my shoulders. Mark and the staff truely go out of their way to accomodate and take care of the needs of their customers. I can't say enough about Harbro Sales. We stopped in at the Webster location to look at a specific car and were greeted by Zach with a smile and a warm welcome. He got the key and put a plate on and we were off for a test drive. Upon returning, we sat down with him and made the purchase. We were in and out of there in less than an hour. Based on past purchases at other dealers I was expecting to be there for a few hours. The overall experience was second to none, fast friendly and honest.
