I feel he is a friend of mine now. Other dealerships don't work with customers on any concerns after they purchase a vehicle, but Mike reassured me that they would take care of me and my son. Just sold my truck to Harbro. Everything went as smooth as glass! Last week we nailed down all the details and discussed a pickup date. I had a loan on my truck so I got a call from Meagen. She was a big help with gathering all of the payoff information. Then they came right to me on Monday with all the paperwork completed and checks in-hand. Signed a couple forms, Tim put a FAT check in my hand, and I was waving them goodbye in about ten minutes. The whole process was simple and I felt reassured the whole way through given their reputation online. What a pleasure! Looking forward to doing business again!!! More
