I have purchased our last three vehicles there. The staff - Kent, Mike, Tony and Dave are wonderful people. Mike was very patient and found what we were looking for in our price range. He was not high pressure, or really any pressure, he just wanted to make sure we got the type of vehicle that we were looking for. He was always attentive and really cared that we were happy with our purchase. I can't say enough about the service guys there...what a crew! They have taken care of all of the "gliches" that our cars had, which was few, however it is great having the piece of mind that these guys do care and take pride in their work. These guys treat others as they want to be treated. I never thought I would find that with a used car dealership!! Keep up the good work. I highly recommend Harbro to all my friends and family. The customer service was excellent from the second I asked the first question about the vehicle that I was interested in ( that's right...I wasn't approached and hasseled like all of the other dealerships) Tim went above and beyond what I had ever experienced before to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. He made it clear to me that if they didn't have the vehicle, they would get it. The quality of the vehicles that Harbro has available on their lots are incomparable to what I have seen in my 10 + years of purchasing new and used vehicles throughout Massachusetts. I have already recommended this dealership to several of my friends and family members only two days after I purchased the vehicle. I am that extremely confident in their dedicated service to me as a customer and the care of my vehicle.
