Shortly after i moved to uxbridge i recieved a letter from Harbro Service and Sales. It was a coupon offering a FREE oil change to "our new neighbor". I thought i'd be put off, served last after paying customers, or coaxed into signing some service contract and such. To my suprise, i was not, i was given promt and friendly service and treated with respect. While waiting for my service to be completed, i took the time to read the letters posted around thier office. I was suprised to see how many "thank you" letters from various people, for various reasons, there were. I was even offered a coffee while i waited. I am very pleased w. the way harbro does business, and will continue to use them for all my service needs. More
