They don't try to force you toward what they have on the lot, they listen to what you want, discuss what you mean to make sure what you want is really what you need, and they work with you until they find you what satisfies. They advise you as your best friend or family member would. They tell you if you're thinking is off base, and they tell you if buying new is really a better thing for you to do, even if that means loss of this particular business for them. On Tim's advice, I bought new last year when my car, purchased at Harbro and driven into the ground, finally died. It was the right decision at the time but next time, I expect to go back to my preference, buying used from Harbro. More
