Nice truck reasonably priced . I felt Ken was very pleasant and easy to deal with. After I took delivery of the vehicle I found a few items that needed some attention. Today on a whim I decided it was time to go car shopping. I have a few friends who have bought from Harbro in Northbridge MA so that’s where I headed. I was lucky enough to have been paired up with Ken Judso I have a few friends who have bought from Harbro in Northbridge MA so that’s where I headed. I was lucky enough to have been paired up with Ken Judson. He never for one moment made me feel pressured, or rushed considering I went there with NO idea what I was looking for. The only direction I gave him was it needed to be good in the snow, good on gas, and not cost a ton of money to fix. He showed me several options and I test drove 2 of them and purchased the second one, a 2019 Buick Encore that had very low mileage. I drove home in a new (to me) car, in just over 3 hours from start to finish. Ken went over every feature, paired my phone, so showed me where all the buttons and gadgets were located. Ken was in the middle of trying to eat his lunch when I showed up and he didn’t hesitate to put it away and help me find what I was looking for. They took my car in for my trade and I am satisfied with the trade in amount they gave. I highly recommend going to see Ken and company if you are looking for a stress free buying experience!
