Just installed in my 2010 Mercury Milan, remote car start. A loaner was provided and early afternoon, car was ready. Mark Alisch gave an easy instruction. Works like a charm! Woke up Monday morning to find my front driver’s side tire near flat and not keeping air. Called in not expecting them to take me that day to find they could take me immediately! The service team was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Not only were they able to fix my tire, but they also identified some additional maintenance my car needed. They offered the service and got it done, all without an appointment. I also received a ride home so I did not have to wait in the lobby for hours. For an unexpected stressful Monday, this was exceptional service and I greatly appreciate the help! More

As a previous employee i witnessed alot of repeat customers that would come in for service that worked or bought cars from harbro even 10+ years prior. And after moving away and coming back years customers that would come in for service that worked or bought cars from harbro even 10+ years prior. And after moving away and coming back years later. I find myself doing the same routine. The reason behind it is. 1) I know when i drop one of my fleet vehicles off for regular preventive maintenance or repairs that Mark will do everything in his power to make sure its quality parts at a reasonable price. 2) That Jim, Aaron and Kevin will do the job the right way the first time and they never settle for less. 3) They know what the customers expect and they exceed the expectations. What more can you ask for? More
