As usual, the service people were courteous and friendly, and the maintenance procedures done were efficient and thorough. When completed, the service manager, Mark, explained to me that everything checked out okay and that there were no problems with my vehicle. I went in for a scheduled oil change and was greeted by Joey by my name I would like to commend Joey Yuele on his pleasant manner and professionalism. I went in for a scheduled oil change and was greeted by Joey by my name asking how I was doing. He chatted with me for a few minutes and at the scheduled appointment time he took my Fiesta in. As soon as my car was finished Joey came in, completed my paperwork and after a few minutes I was on my way with a "have a great day" from Joey. It is always a pleasure to deal with him!!
