Exellent experience!!! My experience at Harbro was very positive. I brought my truck in for service and I interacted with nice, approachable people. I already knew what was My experience at Harbro was very positive. I brought my truck in for service and I interacted with nice, approachable people. I already knew what was wrong with my vehicle due to a failed state inspection and the guys here were straight shooters and didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need. The service was performed within the window of time i was given and the cost was competitive compared to other estimates. I will definitely be back next time i need repairs i can't handle on my own in the driveway. More

Bob was great with setting up a service date to my busy schedule. The service tech called me asked a few questions to make sure we we on the same page. Problem was fixed the day it went in . Great service by all. I was able to pick up my Tahoe @ 7:30 that night. Perfect , I didn't have to rush there to make it by 5:00pm like most places. First free oil change on my used car purchased at Harbro As usual, Harbro was great. John in the service department is always welcoming and super nice. I got to see Ethan, who sold me the car and we caught up on life. Amy and John and I had a hilarious conversation on my way out that makes me giggle even now. And Scott, who changed my oil, did a great job and was very friendly. It's nice to see everyone smiling. You feel like everyone is genuinely glad to see you, even when it's a free oil change and they aren't getting any money for it :) I really like it there AND my car was in and out in less than an hour on a Saturday! It's sincere genuine people doing a great job because they want to. What more could I ask for? More

Unfortunately the Service Dept (only recently - it was fi The Dealership is highly recommended where the cars are wonderful and well worth the price. Unfortunately the Service Dept (only recently - it was fine before) has disappointed me greatly. I brought my Subaru back for some issues while UNDER warranty. The Service Dept, could not find out why my Subaru was acting the way it was and charged me for time and labor. They didn't even bother calling me once the bill started adding up. Imagine my surprise when the Co-Owner hands me a bill of OVER $300. I wish they had called me first, and I still don't believe I should have had to pay for this. It's not my fault they couldn't find the reason while it was still under warranty. If you bring your car back to them write it all down in EXPLICIT directions or they will empty your wallet. More
