Excellent service and friendly staff! I came in for an oil change and sat in the waiting area. We had lost our auto repair shop recently and was at a loss for finding another where they had no poor reviews or bad experiences. At this time, we had grown to two failing vehicles in desperate need of loss for finding another where they had no poor reviews or bad experiences. At this time, we had grown to two failing vehicles in desperate need of repair. Driving by Harbro each day on the way home from work, I noticed a banner on the building offering vehicle repair. My wife set up an appointment to get things done! We are very happy with the results, professionalism and rapid turn around of the repaired vehicles. Andrea even waited for me late Thanksgiving eve to give me the keys of the first repaired vehicle. I will be using Harbro again for the maintenance of our cars, but hopefully no repairs for a long time! Thanks guys! More
I have been having my Ford Focus serviced at Harbro (Webster branch) since I purchased it, and I must say, not only is Ethan a great mechanic, he truly cares about the customer. A recent Saturday morn (Webster branch) since I purchased it, and I must say, not only is Ethan a great mechanic, he truly cares about the customer. A recent Saturday morning, I was sitting in waiting room as Ethan was putting snow tires on my car. He was the only employee in the service department that day. He managed to answer phones, make appointments for customers who dropped by, and handle a "crisis" in which another customer's car broke down in her driveway...with assistance from Tony in Sales, they made arrangements for her to be brought to the Station, given a rental car, and for her car to be towed....all this and still my car was serviced with a smile and in a timely fashion. This is an example of just one specific incident...Harbro employees and owners consistently provide this high level of customer service...which is why they have been and will continue to be the place we go for all our auto needs!! More
I had purchased my car last week on oct 8th and my tire light came on(wa week later),my vechile really didn't start correctly, and my headlight blew on friday the 21st but because it was still in the 30 da light came on(wa week later),my vechile really didn't start correctly, and my headlight blew on friday the 21st but because it was still in the 30 days i had to go back and get what needed to be fixed fixed and without much wait i was allset on the road again and like before my 2 of the 3 kids were taken care of by putting on the nick jr that Dan had previously recorded @ his home. i think i will continue to go for reairs when my 30day window is up. Since purchasing my PT Cruiser in June of this year, my warranty has been honored 6 times. The girls were always friendly, accomadating, true to their words, and courteous. They were a treat at 8am when I was coming home from working allnight, to drop off my car. They would have a rental ready for me or a staff member ready to take me home (20 minute ride). They always fixed the problem that I had brought the car back for in the time frame that they had promised. When finished, a staff member would come and pick me up and I would bring them back. After all these times I am completly satisified and it became a treat, we knew each other by first name basis. My final words were "I will see you in a couple months for my oil change take care till then". Take a trip to see them you will be glad you did. More
My wife and I have been doing business with Harbro for many years and have purchased many cars and service from Harbro. While performing an oil change on 10-15-2011, the mechanic (John T.)noticed that many years and have purchased many cars and service from Harbro. While performing an oil change on 10-15-2011, the mechanic (John T.)noticed that the front tires were worn down to the steel belts in various areas of the tires. He in turn notified Dee (customer service rep.). They told me that I needed new front tires immediately. I explained that I could not afford new tires until the second week of November, and that I would consider buying four (4) new tires at that time from Harbro. (Note: there are other tire dealers in town.) Obviously considering my situation, Dee and John T. offered to sell me two used tires for $20.00 each, plus mounting and balancing @ $45.00, for a total of $85.00. The two tires could hold me over until I'm financially set to buy new tires (November or December). Great idea and offer. I accepted! After mounting the tires, Dee and John T. realized the used tires were bumpy and made a noise, so they only charged me for the installation (mounting and balancing). The tires were FREE. Total bill was $48.40. By the way, the roads in Northbridge are bumpy, so the tires are just great, and noise? What noise? I am 66 years old and in all the years that I have been driving and getting my cars serviced, I have never received service like this from anybody in the automobile business. Guess where I'm buying my new tires? More
The scores thatI have given go into multiple transactions and experiences that I have had at Harbro. First of all, I have bought 4 cars form them in the past 8 years. I have bought two and my wife has also bought two. In all four of those transactions I can not think of a bad experience. All the employees treated me with respect. At no time did I feel as though the sales person was trying to put me in something that I didn't want or need. This was a great feeling in its self. All the sales personnel remember my name every time that I walk in. The other aspect of Harbro that keeps me coming back is the service. I have recently had the pleasure of working with Karen in service. She is extremely friendly and down to earth. This makes for a very pleasurable transaction. Karen called me on multiple occasions to let me know how my service was proceeding and when she felt that the service was going to be finished. I never even think about going anywhere else to get my service done. I have been a customer of Harbro for approximately 8 years and will continue for life. Hands down the best used car dealership I have ever been to. More
Josh was so nice to my family. He brought a rental car to my house when we had problem with the loaner we had. He was very nice and on time while we were busy getting ready for a party.
