Thumbs up! I was scouring the internet for a good deal on a new sierra. I was initially in the market for a SLT and wasn’t successful finding the deal I was hop I was scouring the internet for a good deal on a new sierra. I was initially in the market for a SLT and wasn’t successful finding the deal I was hoping for. Then Woody sent me an email with some deals in it, and i liked the looks of a Denali deal they had. I asked him to work it up, and it was a better deal than i was getting quotes for on SLTs at other dealerships. So we went down to the dealership, met with Woody, test drove the truck, filled out some paperwork, and the deal was done. In and out in less than 2 hours. No surprises, no shenanigans, just a good deal with an honest salesman! I highly recommend this dealership if the rest of the sales staff is as professional as Woody. More
Lifespan of new battery I had a new battery (under warranty) installed in my buick verano on August 20, 2018 by your service department. It has been approximately 1 year and I had a new battery (under warranty) installed in my buick verano on August 20, 2018 by your service department. It has been approximately 1 year and 3months since that installation and I have had to replace that battery for another new one on 11/19/19, one in which I paid for. To my understanding, a battery's life span is between 2 to 5 years. Clearly the battery (warranty) that was installed in 2018 did not fulfill its approximate usefulness. I was told that "the alternator tested well", so the alternator is not the issue. I feel as if the battery under warranty that was installed in 2018 was either a defective battery or a refurbished one. I am not pleased at all that I had to replace that battery so quickly. It appears to me that this should not have been the case! Overall, your service center is satisfactory and the interaction that I have had with 3 of your service department representatives is also satisfactory. So the low star rating is just in regards to this battery situation, not for anyone personally. I have only listed names, because I am not able to submit this comment without completing all sections. More

Round 4 This is our 4th car purchased at this dealership in the last 4 1/2 years. The dealership is always clean and has a nice inventory. However, the real reason we keep coming back is Gordon Jackson, the sales manager. He always makes sure we are taken care of. He knows how to take care of customers. Note none of this is meant for our usual service writer who could use some customer service training, especially regular customers who are GM retired employee family members. More
