worst service from directors to service writers. Hardin GMC has the absolute worst service. The service advisors never keep me up to date on the repairs. My truck sat ate the repair center for over two weeks, the first week they did not touch it simply because they forgot it was there. This was not the first time I've had problems with repairs and advisors. I've complained to the service director, but all I received was apologies and they will work on it and it will not happen again. Till this day my truck still has problems, and I was told that the service advisors will call me once he gets a loaner truck he will call me. its been one week and still waiting for a phone call. They make it hard to stay an loyal GMC customer Sergio. More
