I have had great experiences at Hardin Buick for the past six plus years I have been a customer. But this time, I personally want to thank Sean from vehicle maintenance; he saved my family what could have b six plus years I have been a customer. Sean went above and beyond by making contact with the right people from GM, and getting our issue fixed without the added cost we honestly could not have afforded at the time. Appreciate GM for stepping up and taking care of us, and Sean for making everything so easy and smooth- I don’t know what we would have done without his help. Sean did not check the portal to see if the damage to the truck was covered. Once he did his job he said he would send it to the insurance. 30min later & no inspection, turns out we weren’t covered and the i truck was covered. It was not electrical , have to speak to fidelity personally and use a different service than Hardin to resolve the issue that was actually COVERED ! . SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS.
