Popped my tire during oil change by hitting the lift. only offered to fix the tire not replace both. Had to go back 2 days, leave vehicle go back and pick up. I've never been to a dealership where you discuss private information (SSN, address, etc) and negotiate price out in the middle of the lobby. Additionally, I did not appreciate costs not featured in sticker information (SSN, address, etc) and negotiate price out in the middle of the lobby. Additionally, I did not appreciate costs not featured in sticker price of the vehicle. For example, there was some security feature valued at nearly $3000 not included on sticker price. This immediately made me feel hesitant to purchase, and shook baseline level of trust. On a positive note, employees were kind and pleasant to work with. More
