To whom it may concern, as a 20 plus year customer of Hardin GMC I have been very pleased with the service I have received. Sean has been our main point of contact and always takes good care of us. My only comment would be regarding the car wash after service. It needs to be just like going to a full-service car wash. In my experience the outside of the car gets washed off and nothing else. I would prefer no wash versus a half effort. Just my two cents. Thanks, James More

I brought my 2024 Acadia because service lights were on and the fan kept running after the car was off. At one point it stated it was overheating. I brought it in a rush because of this.
