This wasn't the purchase process I was expecting. First of all, they run my credit without asking, second; they sold me some items supposedly because they were already in the vehicle which were not, First of all, they run my credit without asking, second; they sold me some items supposedly because they were already in the vehicle which were not, third; once I signed the contract and took the vehicle, they said they'll call me to arrange the items that were missing and that never happened, I had to call and text every single day to ask for it, when finally brought them the vehicle back to finalize it, one of the sales man crashed it into a post and wanted me to leave right away before talking to his manager, by that time, I'm positive that he wanted to tell the management that the vehicle came in already crashed. Definitely not recomed this location to anyone. More

We had an amazing experience with Felix at Hardin GMC! He made us feel like family and never once did we feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Yukon XL and spent time with us showing us the vehicle. The Gm Gordon was also amazing! The day we picked up the vehicle Felix the salesman spent a half hour with my wife showing her everything about the car. I had all of my kids with me and the sales people were great to my kids. When you go to Hardin you definitely will get a different car buying experience that will leave you feeling like you weren’t taken advantage of. We can’t say enough nice things about everyone at Hardin GMC! More
